This section is here to share a little glimpse into our plans for our time in Bali. Truly, just having you with us on our special day is more than enough, and we feel so grateful that you’ll be there to celebrate with us. We simply wanted to include this information so you have an idea of what we’ll be up to and when — and of course, you’re always so welcome to join us for any of these moments, or pop in between your own Bali adventures whenever you like.
We’ll also be updating this page with the running order and details for the wedding day itself as plans come together. Below you’ll find the most up-to-date information we currently have about the day so far, and we’ll continue to add to it as everything falls into place 🤍
Our Plans
We’ll most likely be flying out to Bali from Manchester on Friday 28th May 2027, arriving on Saturday 29th May, ready to begin a very special week together and a couple of days before the big day to settle in 🤍
Our plan is to stay at Villa Air for around seven nights, soaking up every moment of celebrations, relaxation, and time with all of you. After the wedding festivities, we’ll be heading off to somewhere special for a little mini-moon — just the two of us (and yes… no kids… shhh! )
Welcome
Join us for a warm welcome, canapes and welcome drinks, time to be confirmed.
Ceremony
Our heartfelt vows will be exchanged in a serene garden setting. Details to be confirmed.
Reception
Celebrate with a Buffet style wedding dinner, dancing, laughter under the stars and a 4 Hour free Bar (soft drinks, beers, house wines, spirits and cocktails included).
We have the venue till 11pm and for those wanting to carry on the festivities we have the option to keep the partying going and move inside to Villa Air's cocktail bar till 1am.
